my brain is full of cobwebs, so you must excuse me rehashing something I definitely mentioned before in a fic (and also for the fact that this is sad), but I do in my head always imagine that if she survives until closer to the 74th Games that Snow kills her after whichever Hunger Games Titus (the D6 Tribute who resorts to cannibalism) is in (The Hunger Games, Ch. 10).
Even if Snow doesn't kill her, I feel like he'd make her life worse though. Perhaps, she gets isolated from society, assuming she and Festus are married, maybe Festus notably falls out of favor, ect. (I just think that Snow'd take out being reminded of uncomfortable memories out on people who also remind him of the same memories).
Anyway, I hope you have a good day even if it's busy!
omg abyssal in the ask box one of my fav sights!!
oh, oh wow. the idea of snow killing off persephone after the cannibal tribute deeply hurts. i know that seeing that- and there’s no way she did not see that- had to have affected her.
i would love to know what exactly you think led to snow killing her off! how did the cannibal tribute lead to him wanting to kill off pippa?
i can imagine a scenario where seeing titus leads to persephone having some sort of breakdown (seeing that + …everything else in her life) and that’s when snow decides she’s just too much of a liability to keep around.
or i could also see him reacting from a place of trauma and overcorrecting by killing off “all the cannibals” in the capitol as to prevent himself from having to relive the bad childhood memories.
i can absolutely see (and honestly think) at some point that persephone and festus fall out of snow’s favor. maybe there’s still enough affection there on snow’s end that he doesn’t kill festus, just makes sure he’s so far removed from elite capitol society that he can’t reach snow or do cause any harm.
of course, i can’t imagine that festus doesn’t know enough to be dangerous wherever he is- so snow may have no choice but to kill him off as a means of protecting himself.
i have the opinion that snow is affected by the trauma of his childhood into adulthood and i can see him trying to mitigate the affects of it by getting rid of the reminders of it- mainly by getting rid of the people who knew that version of him. he doesn’t want anyone around who remembered coryo- the boy who had to claw his way into remaining in elite capitol society, the boy who made the mistake of falling for a district girl, the scrappy version of himself. of course, i can also see him just feeling the need to get rid of everyone who knew about lucy gray. anyway, i’m just rambling now so i’ll shut up. sorry!

fwb eddie hugging you from behind or grabbing on your hips from behind when you’re out with friends,, like everyone knows you’re leaving together but last time you told him he was getting too comfortable and needed to start working for it (re: blatantly flirting with you) again instead of being like okay? ready to go?
and he’s being so sweet that it’s sexy if that makes sense like man would mumble some nonsense into my neck and my back would be arching
“Come on, I’m ready to go his fingers latch your waist and he pulls you into him from behind.
“But I’m having fun” you pout.
You feel his hands travel along your sides down to your ass before his palms give you a small squeeze.
“I can show you all kinds of fun back at mine” he whispered in your ear. His hot breath fans your neck before his hands find the hem of your skirt, fingers daring to touch you.
Your breath hitches but you won’t break.
“We just got here” you lean your head back on his shoulder.
“It’s been 3 hours and I wanna be alone with you”
“Why?” You cock your head with a smrik.
“You know why” he squeezes your middle and you squeal because it tickles.
“I don’t think I do? Paint me a picture” you tease.
Eddie quickly turns you around so you’re facing him.
He takes a lock of hair that’s fallen in front of your face and slowly tucks it behind your ear. And leans in to whisper…
“I’m going to be a gentleman and drive us home, then I’m going to worship you, like you deserve… going to spread you out in my bed after I strip you of all your clothes. Then I’m going to eat that sweet pussy until you’re begging me to stop. Then, and only then is when I’ll fuck you until your pussy is weeping for me, okay? That a good enough picture for you?”
he leans down to graze his lips on the side of your neck.
“O—okay" you can help but stutter as he presses his crotch into you. You can feel his hard on growing as he holds you close to his body.
"we um, were going to go now guys" you can’t help but melt into Eddie’s touch. And Eddie hardly says goodbye before pulling you out the front door.
“Make smart choices!” You hear your friends giggle before you’re out of ear shot.

Tumblr media
These game nights were a relatively new addition to the Cross Guild dynamic, a simple suggestion among some of the lower ranking recruits to pass the time but one made a comment on how it helped enforce partnerships while also being a safer way to get out frustrations of the day. You’d overheard them talking about their more recent game night and became curious, noticing how more relaxed and happier they all seemed between jobs. As you walked by the large set of double doors of the trio’s meeting room you heard the angered conversation and panicked begging from the other side. If anyone needed to get their frustrations out through different means and enforce partnerships it was those three.
With a sigh you left them to it, having no need to intrude in their ‘meeting’ just yet. After completing your duties you changed into comfier clothes and walked by the large communal lounge to the sound of playful arguing and laughter. Glancing in you saw the groups sat at tables, on floors, or the sofas. Everyone engaged in games or just watching in amusement. You noted even some of the higher ranks were mingling in the groups too. Still no sign of your Bosses though. With a small hum you reached into the cabinet where the games were kept and grabbed the first pack of cards you touched and left the others to their fun.
You’d made one more stop on the way before you were outside the double doors once again and rolled your eyes to still hear the same muffled nonsense that you’d noticed a handful of hours ago. With a sharp knock you entered. Crocodile and Mihawk glared towards you at the sound of your entrance but held back the beginnings of their yells or threats when they saw it was you. Still they weren’t entirely happy though. Slowly your gaze slid across them and then down at the chopped apart Buggy, meeting his pleading gaze for rescue. “Is there an emergency?”
“In a manner of speaking.” You replied walking towards the meeting table, lightly tossing the deck of UNO cards on the table before carefully setting the four glasses and bottle of whiskey beside it. “Call this an emergency workplace resolution meeting. Game night.”
“Absolutely not!”
“I’m not a child.”
“That’s not going to solve them threatening to kill me!”
“Well then consider this me resignation party.” You said with a simple shrug, silencing their refusals and whining while sliding into your seat, face calm as you poured your own drink.
Mihawk eyed you carefully for any sign of a bluff but still removed Yoru from its place near Buggy’s nose. Crocodile glared at you, teeth grinding into his cigar and removed his hook from Buggy’s back. With both threats of violence seemingly lifted Buggy gladly reassembled his body and rose from the floor, the only one to openly show worry at your threat. “You’d really leave?”
“What’s to stay for?” You asked, swirling the dark liquid with relaxed ease in the glass while smiling sweetly at the trio. “When I was hired it was to oversee the parts of this enterprise the three of you either lack the maturity or patience or general will to do and I do it exceptionally well. I was promised that I would not be bored in this job but quite frankly the three of you acting like homicidal children with each other is a bore. I’m not your nanny. So what are we deciding? Playing along or saying goodbye?”
Your question hung heavy in the room. None of the men were prepared to lose you. You were far too good at your job and your wage reflected that. They knew no-one else would be able to handle them individually the way you did while also achieving all of your duties effortlessly. The three of them exchanged looks with each other while you sat as relaxed as could be, leaving your fate in their hands. For the first time today the three Cross Guild leaders were unanimous in their choice. Crocodile poured his own glass and grumbled as he took his seat. “Deal the cards.”
“Still, UNO?” Mihawk remarked as he took his chair, reaching for a glass and the bottle once it was free.
“Like I said, you were acting like children. Needed to see you could handle a child’s game first. We can always move on to something else after?” You suggested with a smirk as you shuffled the deck and dealt the cards.
“UNO is fairer than other games, less chance for cheating.” Buggy muttered, pulling his cards towards him and the final glass.
“Aww come on boys, don’t pout.” You consoled the trio with a calm smile as they threw their cards on the table as you won. Again. “It’s just a game.”
“Stupid game.”
“You thought you going to win that one for sure, didn’t you Croc?” You asked with a growing grin while Crocodile glared harder, wanting nothing more than the skewer the entire deck with his hook. Still he couldn’t deny that this was the longest he’d spent in the same room as Mihawk and Buggy without any real animosity or desire to kill him. You on the other hand, he wasn’t best pleased with. More so because he hadn’t expected you to be capable of beating him like this. While it wasn’t a game like poker or blackjack, it was still cards and it stung a little but he couldn’t bring himself to be truly angry not when you proved your point. If anything he felt pride.
Mihawk was more relaxed about his losing streak, still a bit of a bruised ego but it was going to damage his reputation any. A little card game won out of chance and luck wasn’t going to rattle him. His mood was lighter, enjoying the way you showed a more playful and smug side of yourself now that everyone was getting along. As for Buggy he was delighted to feel safe with Cross Guild’s masterminds, he didn’t care if he was losing the game. In his eyes he was the real winner, that for once Mihawk and Crocodile were at someone else’s mercy for a change. “Another game or have you had enough?”
“It’s late.” Crocodile noted, finally catching sight of the clock on the wall. “We all have work in the morning.”
“Suit yourself.” You shrugged, sitting back in your seat. You would leave after you finished your drink. As you sipped your drink you lazily twirled one of the cards between your fingers.
“Next time we need a better game.” Mihawk stated as he slowly sipped his drink. You felt satisfaction grow as you silently listened to them plan when the very notion of playing a game was  initially so ridiculous. Then the conversation slowed and you blinked to see three sets of eyes locked in on the card still being manoeuvred deftly between your fingers. One moment it was a green 3, on the next twist it was a yellow plus two, over and over it continued, always changing. A small laugh broke through your lips, deciding to finally put them out of their misery and show that you weren’t playing fair.
“Little cheat.” Crocodile chuckled.  Buggy grinned and Mihawk smirked as you drained your glass and rose, setting the cards you’d had hidden up your sleeve on top of the pile of discarded ones.
“Goodnight gentlemen thank you for a not boring evening.” You thanked them with a smile and a wink and turned on your heel, leaving them with a soft hum drifting from your lips that curved upwards. All three of them watched you leave, each of them now looking forward to the next game night even more although whether they could get along with each other until then was another matter entirely but for you they’d try.

two slow dancers, last ones out
Summary: Unrequited love and a wedding are not a good match, but a luckily you have someone there to keep you company.
2k words
The wedding fell into place like a house of cards tumbling down, in a rush and without much fanfare. JJs dress was lovely, because of course it was, a sea of ivory white twinkling almost as bright as her smile against the placid night air. Everyone was able to make it and despite it being planned with just a few hours to spare the night was as beautiful as one would hope. Beginning of spring ushering a new chapter and all that nonsense.
Not that you were bitter about it.
At all.
Or at the very least you were trying really hard not to be, because they were a lovely couple. Will loved JJ, and JJ loved Will.
The issue was that Spencer also seemed to love JJ.
Again, not that you were bitter about it.
After months of quiet pinning and frustrated yet unreciprocated glances you had called it quits, because it seemed like no matter how many 18th century poetry readings you attended with him, no matter how many early morning car rides or late nights spent talking in hushed tones side by side on the plane, you were simply never going to be the one he wanted.
And you had come to terms with it.
Really.
The fresh heartbreak had been ushered out and been replaced by humiliation a long time ago, looking back you were sure everyone could tell how stupidly in love you had been and how utterly un-reciprocated it was. Every time you remembered how optimistic and doe eyed you had been about the whole thing, something bright and hot burned in the back of your eyes. It was all just so painfully juvenile and you swore you had left the doe eyes behind alongside your cheer uniform and locker combination.
The night had an air of finality to it, you knew that in one way or another nothing would be the same again, and you didn’t want to miss it. Even if it meant swallowing your pride and staying with the wallflowers until closing time.
It would have been easier to do an irish goodbye to the italian planned wedding and slip quietly out the front door but you saw Emily sharing a last dance with Derek and even spied Rossi watching over his hard word with suspiciously misty eyes and you knew you had to stay.
With one hand wrapped over your midriff and the other held aloft, nursing a now lukewarm aperol spritz by the side of the dance floor, looking at everyone swaying to some old jazz ballad, the singer's soft crooning voice setting your teeth on edge. The feel of a drop of condensation traveling from  your hand through your forearm sending a chill down your spine.
The gentle weight of a black jacket being draped over your shoulders snaps you out of your pathetic melancholy, the wedding suddenly snapping into sharp focus as the heady scent of a woody cologne blankets you. Two big hands softly squeeze your shoulders in a silent apology before Aaron Hotchner appears next to you, leaning against one of the white columns with his hands in his pockets.
He scrutinizes you with clever brown eyes, his gaze softly traveling from your pursed lips to your down-turned brows and you know he’s got your number when he gives you a soft sympathetic smile. Just a quick turn of his lips that few people would catch, but you did, and the knowledge that he knows exactly what’s going on through your head makes you feel exposed all of the sudden, you slip your arms into the jack and clutch it to you like it could keep you hidden.
But Hotch is … Hotch simply put and you know above all he would never do anything to make you uncomfortable. So he remains quiet next to you, only moving to press his side against you in silent comradery, the comforting heat radiating off of him seeping into you.
“Want me to get you another one?” He asks, gesturing to your long forgotten drink. “It’s not often we get to free reign of Dave’s stash” You know he’s trying to cheer you up and you both know it’s failing miserably but you still appreciate the effort nonetheless.
An awkward sort of silence falls between you both until you decide to ruin it, apparently.
“So, where’s Beth?” Your question catches him off guard, he clears his throat and looks down for a second before catching your eyes.
“We broke up, last week actually” He states matter of fact. You nod understandingly and don’t ask but he clarifies anyhow.
“It was mutual, she had a lot going on at work-”
“Huh, go figure”
“and I was” he hesitates “preoccupied” He doesn’t seem to be distraught, telling you like he would the details of a case, objective and to the point.
“Ahh, so you decided to join the singles corner, welcome we meet every Thursday” You raise your glass in a mock toast before finally putting it down on a nearby table.
Hotch raises his eyebrows and it’s all it takes for you to deflate.
“Sorry, you were being nice and I was just bitchy” You sigh, frustrated and maybe a little bit tipsier than you’d like.
“That’s okay, you’re sad, it happens to the best of us”
“Even you?”
He just lets out a self deprecating laugh before handing you a glass of scotch from a passing waiter.
“You saw me after the divorce, I distinctly remember going into a burning house so I would say a couple of drinks more than you’re used to at a wedding of all places isn’t the worst way to go about it”
“That’s different, you were married this is just…pathetic” There was no point dancing around it anyway, you both knew he was fully aware of what you were talking about.
“Well someone once told me that as much as we’d like to, sometimes we have to sit in those feelings before they can go away”
“What a load of new age shit, whoever told you that was a quack” You smile at him anyway, pleased that even after all this time he remembered that.
“Hmm, I happen to think it was useful,” Hotch replies, taking the scotch from your hand and finishing it off.
“Any more pearls of wisdom this oh so sage one imparted upon you?”
“Yes, other times the only thing you can do is pretend that everything is alright for a couple of minutes” He says, extending his hand towards you and gesturing towards the dance floor “what do you say?”
“You should stop listening to her” You reply but still accept, his hand engulfing yours as he expertly leads you through a sea of couples until you’re far enough that you can’t really see anyone else from your team.
He takes you into his arms, one goes to your back and the other takes you hand into his ,you're still wearing his jacket so you just rest your head against his chest and close your eyes.
“...so” You say softly, your words muffled against his shirt. With your eyes closed and your head resting against his chest, you’ve given up dancing and are just content to be cocooned in his arms while he gently sways you both to the tune of the music. Whatever is playing now has long faded to the edge of your conscience, sounding far away.
“Have you ever considered doing all of this again?”
“Getting married?” This close together his voice reverberates pleasantly through your whole body, it feels as if you’ve both stepped into someone else’s wedding and you know each other here.
“Yeah”
“What, you had your turn in the hot seat and now it’s my turn?”
“Yeah”
After a beat he says admits it so softly that you have to strain to hear him properly
“I would have wanted to”
He had long ago decided to settle for the life he had, being a father had to come first, the rest was something he no longer got to want. Or something he wouldn’t admit he still wanted anyway.
You raise your head briefly to look up at him, his tone sobering you up, because you know him, know what he meant. If you had looked just behind Hotch towards the other edge of the dance floor you would have caught Spencer's inquisitive gaze or Penelopes’ delighted one. But you don’t, you’re laser focused on Hotch searching in his eyes for something you can’t quite grasp, a way to convey that he needs to stop atoning for something he shouldn’t fault himself for in the first place.
You fist your hands on the front of his shirt briefly before smoothing out the wrinkles with your palms.
“I didn’t ask about before, I’m asking about you now”
“It’s not that easy”
“It’s a yes or no question, so yes it actually is”
He tilts his head back in frustration, looking up at the night sky like he’ll find the exact words he wants to use spelled for him.
“That’s not something I get to want anymore” “You can’t punish yourself forever”
He begins to say something but you cut him off before he can, his hands tightening around your waist
“Nor should you try” He gulps and looks away giving in “think whatever you want to think but I know you and I think you deserve to be happy again”
“I thought you said I shouldn’t listen to you”
“Momentary lapse in judgment”  You reply with a teasing smile, not wanting to fully fuck up his night “so?”
“...Yes”   Somehow the admission of desire feels like a betrayal and a confession at the same time. Both freeing and terrifying.
You go back to swaying together, in sync with one another and standing out against the livelier rhythm of the couples around you.
From this vantage point you study his profile, from his strong nose to his thick lashes and back to his jaw. You never really paid attention to him but right now under the tea lights it dawns on you how handsome he is.
“What about you?”
“Oh I’m joining a convent” He chuckles and you feel it move through you. It’s a rare sound nowadays.
“You’ll find someone” Hotch says with a certainty you wished you could have
“That’s just what you say to make people feel better, it’s up there with yes those bangs look great on you or like when you tell little kids that they can be astronauts or whatever”
“I know you’ll find someone because I don’t think anyone could meet you and not realize how extraordinary you are” He says in an almost whisper.
“There is someone who, categorically, doesn’t realize it, in this very same room”
“Could be he didn’t know you as well as you’d think”
“Could be” You concede.
Some time has passed now, although you can’t pinpoint exactly how long, it feels like the rest of the world went quiet and this is all that’s left. The sweet honeyed lilies, fresh jasmines and heady sweet daffodils of the garden are in full bloom. The night sweetly perfumed as the petals gently swayed to and fro.
From across the garden you can see JJ slow dance with Will, he’s saying something to her and she’s all smiles.  You let your humiliation melt into fondness, the warmth you felt for her pulling you out of your melancholy. New beginnings and all that.

hi so can you do a fic where The straw hats thought we died but when they retuned to scabaody we also come back?
Like the straw hats are like
WAIT YOUR NOT DEAD? HUH
─Strawhats x reader
─Summary: Everything seems to fall apart before their eyes when you die, only to find out that you were enjoying yourself in Sabaody and not in your grave.
─Warnings: none
lmao this was fun to write for no reason 😭🤌🏻
Tumblr media
The loss of a loved one is a difficult battle, everyone on this crew has experienced at least one death of a family member or someone close to them to call them family, they hoped that pain would not damage their hearts again, unfortunately, you shattered their hearts when they found your limp body on Sky Island when you decided to go your own way.
With their hearts in their throats and their eyes red, they had to say goodbye to you bitterly, burying your body in a cluster of soft clouds, they were silent for a minute until Luffy was the first to give the signal to leave, he knew you would have liked that they were not so sad and that their adventures had not yet ended like yours.
They lamented your lack of presence, you always made everything a little more enjoyable with your nonsense, you managed to fit in perfectly with each of them and although you were not the smartest, most cunning or powerful on the team, they did not expect your early departure.
It was when they arrived at Sabaody for the first time that they thought they were going crazy, thinking that they had gotten over your loss, someone strangely like you seemed to be hanging around that island.
Luffy could clearly see how you were riding some attractions, Nami was confused when she saw you trip over a huge root, Chopper thought that the smell of disinfectant had made him hallucinate and see you eating cotton candy, Usopp simply thought he saw a ghost, Brook thought you came back from the dead to exact revenge when he saw you beating up a couple of guys who seemed to bother you, Franky could only catch your laugh, but it was so similar that he thought his brain was playing tricks on him, Zoro and Sanji bumped into you, but neither you nor they were paying attention as something bigger was catching everyone's attention and practically everyone was jostling each other.
While, oblivious to all the suffering, pain and coping that your companions had to do, you woke up buried in clouds a while ago, managing to get down and reach Sabaody miraculously like a stowaway on another pirate ship, you had planned to look for them and scold them a little for thinking you were dead, but your plans were thwarted when you found the island too much interesting, well, you had been 'dead' for a while, it was okay if you enjoyed a little time at the attractions before looking for your companions.
The thing is that you got so distracted and forgot to find them, if it weren't for the fact that, coincidentally, Jinbe ─who you didn't know since you didn't get to know him─ recognized you from the brief conversations they had with him about you, he was waiting in the queue to buy something and you were just behind, you started a chat to kill time.
"You look terribly like a person who died in the crew I'm part of now, I mean, because of the descriptions they made."
"Oh…"
The blood on your face disappeared at his words, remembering now that you had a crew to return to, and that in fact you were that supposedly dead person, you laughed nervously, wanting to resume your search, although there was no need.
"Hey, Jinbe, here! We were looking for you."
You blinked like an owl as you saw Luffy greet him with his characteristic smile, calming down as you saw the others walking a little further behind calmly, you smiled fondly when you saw them, making eye contact for a second with your captain as you sipped the drink you had gotten before, he casually greeted you by saying your name and you waved back, focused on finishing your drink.
"Wait a moment, you…" he narrowed his eyes looking at you again, drawing the attention of the others "Are you the twin of our dead comrade!?"
You choked on your own drink, Chopper patting you on the back.
"No uh- in fact it's me, the original, only and loved-"
"WEREN'T YOU DEAD!?"
You covered your ears when you heard Nami's scream, your tongue went dry and your body seemed to get smaller when you saw her gaze, everyone had different emotions reflected ─Luffy and Zoro were still a little confused because they really thought you have a twin─ but Nami was the most furious, she started hitting and pushing you.
"GIVE ME BACK THE TEARS I SHED FOR YOU!"
"AW, OH, SORRY!? YOU LEFT ME FOR DEAD!"
You ran in circles avoiding the navigator, protecting your head from her light blows while you apologized for not having warned that you 'rose from the dead'.
"Well, who knows, maybe it's a zombie."
"Robin, you're not helping me."
You whimpered, hiding behind Sanji and Franky, waiting for Nami to calm down, it wasn't a reunion like you planned ─you didn't plan anything─ but everyone felt a little relieved, leaving behind the bitterness of losing a partner and enjoying your company now that you were with them again.

Happy New Year
“Hey babe,” he says.
“Hi, baby,” I respond with a smile.
His hand snakes around my waist and gently tugs me down to sit on his lap, “I missed you,” he tells me.
“I was in the kitchen,” I tease.
Or
Matt and Y/N host a New Years Party
masterlist
Tumblr media
“Oh my God!! Show me again,” my friend Kim asks, holding her hand out to see my wrist.
“God, that’s so pretty,” Julian mentioned, turning my wrist slightly to get a proper view of the bracelet Matt got me for Christmas.
The bracelet was dainty and gold, with a small chain snaking around my wrist. There was a small, circular charm that looked almost like a ring attached to the chain. Matt had gotten his favorite phrase to tell me engraved on the inside of the circle: “Let’s grow old together.” I hadn’t told the girls about that engraving and planned to keep it a secret.
Kim lets out an adoring gasp, “And your anniversary is engraved on there?” she asks, motioning to the outside of the ring. Our anniversary date is there with two diamonds on either side of it.
I nod, “Yeah, he really outdid himself.”
A few minutes of nonsensical chatter pass and midnight slowly approaches. The drink in my hand has been empty for about 10 minutes now, but my mind is wandering too far even to consider refilling it.
Madi roams into the kitchen, frantically sifting through the fridge next to me, “Y/N, babe, do you guys have my grapes?”
My eyebrows furrow, “We should, why?”
“It's this thing, apparently,” Madi says, “You’re supposed to eat 12 grapes at midnight for 12 months of good luck or something,” she finishes.
I nod, “Did you ask any of the guys?”
She nods, “Nick said the should be ‘where all the fruit is’” She lets out a dramatic sigh, “I don't think he knows where that is.”
With a laugh, I nudge her hip, “I know where that is,” I rummage through the fruit drawer, pulling out a bag of grapes, “Here you go.”
“You’re the best,” She says. I smile and give her a short hug before glancing at my phone.
It’s approaching midnight, and I am yet to find Matt in the slew of people who are constantly moving in and out of the house. I say a quick goodbye to my friends before wandering into the living room to find Matt, Nick, and Chris on one of the couches, surrounded by a bunch of their friends and their partners.
Chris catches my eye and nods for me to sit with them. With a smile of acknowledgment, I look at Matt, who is empty-handed, and step back into the kitchen to get him a Root Beer. Along with Matt’s drink, I grab myself a seltzer to sip on until midnight.
Stepping back into the living room, I notice their circle has gained a few people, making it impossible for me to find a seat. The arm of the couch next to Matt is free, and I beeline in his direction.
Matt barks out a laugh, “There’s no way,” he says, a look of amusement growing on his lips.
“Yeah, I spit it out immediately. It was horrible,” Nate responds with a small laugh.
Perching myself on the arm of the couch, I hand Matt his drink. “Are you talking about that nasty chamoy pickle?”
Nate gives me a look, “Yeah. Biggest regret of the year.”
I shoot him a smile before looking down at Matt.
“Hey babe,” he says.
“Hi, baby,” I respond with a smile.
His hand snakes around my waist and gently tugs me down to sit on his lap, “I missed you,” he tells me.
“I was in the kitchen,” I tease.
He lets out a dramatic sigh, “Yeah, that was cringe.”
I laugh, “Yeah, horribly cringe. Get out of my sight.”
His arm tightens around my waist, and his lips make their way to my neck for a soft kiss, “Never.”
I turn my head to him before properly kissing him. We knew we wanted to host a New Year’s party, but we struggled to realize that our two separate groups of friends would be there, too. I had spent most of my time with my friends, who I rarely get a chance to see, as did Matt.
“Having fun?” He asked me.
I hum in response, “Yeah, I’m happy to see everyone.”
Matt nods in understanding, turning to look at Chris. Chris had his arm around his girlfriend, whispering in her ear with a devious smile on his face, “I’m so glad Chris has someone this year.”
I turn to look at Chris, “Yeah. They’re so cute together.”
Matt nods before pausing. He looks back at me before turning and tapping Chris on the shoulder, “You do have a bedroom here, buddy.”
Chris’s eyes widen in amusement as his girlfriend shoves her face into his chest, “Could you hear that?” He asks.
“No,” I reply, pretending to gag, “But I didn’t have to, you freaks.”
He barks a laugh before caressing his girlfriend's face, attempting to comfort her.
Matt pats my ass, asking me to get up. I do, and he follows suit, standing up and readjusting his pants. He grabs my hand and tugs me into a corner that has been left unoccupied.
His hand reaches up and brushes a stand of hair behind my ear, “I wanted you alone.”
I feel my cheeks warm and I look down with an acute understanding. It is almost midnight and Matt wants to kiss me properly.
“I’m glad you got me alone,” I replied with a smile.
He hums quietly, admiring my face. I take the time to do the same, drinking in his look. Donned in a Cherry LA sweater and white pants, he looked domestic.
Around us, we hear everyone start chanting down for 10, ready to ring in the new year.
Matt takes both of his hands and caresses my face, his thumb rubbing rhythmic circles upon my jaw as I wait to lean in.
5 seconds.
Matt runs his thumb over my bottom lip, flattening it out before leaning in and meeting me in the middle.
Midnight.
With a soft peck to begin, Matt exited 2023. His tongue darts out shyly, prying at my lips and gaining an entrance. He moves a hand to run through my hair as both of my hands make their way to his hair as well.
I’m consumed in his kiss, and I have nothing but a smile on my face when he lets go so we can breathe.
“Happy New Year, beautiful.”

Smoothie
Haechan x fem!reader
Categories: smut, recreational use of alcohol, sex in public, car sex, fwb, blowjob, tell me if I missed something
A.N. I feel like this is kinda short compared to my other works but I still hope you have fun reading <3
~♡~
You were at a club with your friends and currently seated around a table sipping your drinks and talking nonsense. As most of the times you and your friends got a bit drunk, the subject of your conversation was drifting towards nsfw territory. Your innocent question about favorite cocktails turned into a discussion about blowjobs.
"Tonight I chose piña colada because you know what they say about pineapple" Haechan winked at you, making you roll your eyes, but bringing a not well concealed smile on your face nonetheless.
A chorus of groans, giggles and bickering was interrupted by Jisung, a confused expression on his face "What do they say about pineapple?", the youngest soon regretting asking the question when Chenle answered in a loud voice "You're so clueless, everyone knows it makes your cum taste better!", a pair of girls passing by turned their heads towards the two boys as they heard the exchange, Jisung blushing hard and diverting his eyes from them as he tried to silence his friend, Chenle bursting out laughing at the scene.
"You know" Haechan picked up the conversation again "mine tastes like smoothie" and he sipped his drink while staring at you.
"No one believes you" Renjun stated, Jeno nodding beside him.
"How do you even know, did you taste it yourself?" Mark argued, Jaemin almost snorting his drink out from his nose, you almost choking on your own drink.
Haechan acted offended, frowning and getting louder as he spoke "Anyone wanna try it? I dare you!"
He earned a mix of disgusted faces and 'eww's from the table until Jaemin commented "Y/N doesn't seem too much against it" a playful look in his eyes.
Everyone turned to you, who stayed silent sipping from your straw. You didn't know if it was the alcohol, Haechan's amused gaze on you or the crush you had on him from two years ago, or maybe everything together, but eventually you put your drink down on the table, stared back at Heachan, shrugged and replied "Maybe I wanna try so I can judge by myself."
Howls and whistles erupted from your friends, Haechan though was strangely quiet, just a sly smirk on his face while the two of you maintained eye contact for a few seconds before he turned his attention to the rest of your friends "Enough, clearly Y/N drank a bit too much, now you guys should go and have fun dancing and picking up some girls while I take her home so she can rest and sober up-"
"I'm not that drunk" you protested, interrupting him.
"Y/N, come on, I'm trying to come up with an excuse here" he sighed dramatically, getting up from his chair, coming to you and grabbing your hand, starting to drag you out from the club while waving goodbye to your friends "Jeno, Jaemin, you should take a taxi later to get back home, I'm gonna be busy."
Everyone was flabbergasted at the sudden turn of events, just like you as well, starting to laugh as soon as you realized what was happening and letting Haechan escort you to his car.
"Haechan, wait, I thought you were joking... Are we really leaving?" you questioned, still hoping this wouldn't turn out to be one of his silly jokes.
He turned around to you while opening the driver's door "Y/N I'm so serious right now, unless you wanna go back inside and tell them it was a joke."
You looked him in the eyes and opened the front passenger's door "Get inside the car."
And he obeyed, inserting the key to start the engine as soon as you closed the doors. You stopped him though, worried about the risks of driving after drinking and making him pout "You have a point but I really wanted to go to your place or somewhere private"
You looked around the dark parking lot "We're in a corner, it's dark, there's no one around, everyone is inside having fun..."
Haechan struggled to stay focused as you stroked his thigh, inching up more and more until you managed to unzip his jeans and tuck your hand inside to slowly and steadily stroke at his half hard member through his boxers, bringing more blood to it as it swelled up under the pressure of your tantalizing hand.
"There's other cars around here, what if someone comes too close..." he started to argue, trying to convince himself more than you, but eventually sighing deeply at your ministrations, his eyelids fluttering closed.
"It will just look like you're sleeping, no one will notice" you reassured him, removing your hand from his boxers just to push them down enough to free his now erect member, resuming your strokes and inching closer with your face.
His lips slightly parted as he let out a soft moan, hand finding your hair as you finally reached out your tongue to tease the underside of his tip. He tried to push a little to stop your teasing, impatience getting the best of him but you warned him grazing the tip with your teeth, earning a hiss from him, his pleading eyes now set on yours and swifting to your mouth, so close to his member but still not giving him what he really wanted.
Haechan felt so desperate, it just slipped out of his mouth before he could realize "Please... Take it, please..."
Your pussy pulsed and you felt your folds getting wetter with your arousal "I'll make you feel good" you purred and with your tongue flat on the underside of his cock you finally closed your lips around the tip and hollowed your cheeks, giving it a nice suck, Haechan instinctively fisting your hair to ground himself at the sensation.
You started to bob your head on his cock, occasionally hollowing your cheeks, sucking and swirling your tongue on the tip, dipping it in the slit collecting his precum. You had to admit it tasted good and doubled your efforts to make him cum faster so you could taste his seed.
Hachan felt dizzy, he couldn't decide if he wanted to savor the moment with his eyes closed or if he wanted to stay focused watching the way your mouth and hand worked on him.
He tasted so good and was responding so well, moaning and hissing every time you sucked on the tip and twisted your hand on his slick base, you couldn't help but get cock drunk, moaning around his cock and feeling your wetness seep through your panties.
Haechan realized he was getting too loud so he clamped his free hand on his mouth to try and keep it quiet, his other hand still tangled in your hair, pulling a little as he started get closer to the edge, calling your name in quiet whispers to try and warn you.
You heard him but didn't care, and instead brought your free hand to fondle his balls encouraging him to let it go, sucking greedily on his head and pumping the lenghth with your other hand.
That's when you felt the grip on your hair tightening, his breath hitching and finally letting go with a low moan, his cock twitching in your mouth as it spilled his thick seed on your tongue, a curse leaving his lips when he realized what he just did.
You kept softly sucking on his cock until he had nothing left to give you and you let it out of your mouth, a string of saliva breaking in the process.
Haechan watched you closely as you finally swallowed his cum with a gulp and smiled at him, teasing him repeating his own statement from earlier "It really tastes like smoothie."

Talk to Me
Chapter 3
Tumblr media
Lucifer x Fem Fallen Angel Reader Word Count: 3.5k CW: Angst, trauma, swearing, slow burn, enemies to lovers(ish?), mistrust, lies, curiousity
Chapter 2|Chapter 3|Chapter 4 (Updated through Chapter 5)
Before long, it was time for Lucifer to teleport back home for the night. He hugged his daughter and Vaggie goodbye, and gave a quick glare to Alastor before teleporting back home in his usual swirl of red smoke.
Once he was home he flopped on the bed and let out a long sigh. Lucifer was happy to be rebuilding his relationship with Charlie, the awkwardness of their reunion a few weeks ago had been slowly melting away, and he was really feeling like they were starting to get to know each other again. He just wished it was not on the brink of a war with Adam and his exorcists.
He had worried that Heaven would try retaliate at Charlie’s rehabilitation idea like they had with his many many years ago… but not like this. He felt the anxiety and frustrations start to rise in his body. Feelings of wishing she had just listened to him and not tried to push things with Heaven… but it was no use. He knew she was right. Things needed to change but he had just been too scared to fight, Heaven had beaten the passion out of him, leaving him with the fear of losing more. But, somehow, Charlie had been reigniting that spark in him. It was beautiful and utterly terrifying.
This upcoming battle put a new stressor on him that replaced the old stressor of how much he had missed his daughter, which somehow felt easier to manage, but in many other ways left him struggling within his mind in new ways. For so long he had be plagued by his past, watching sinners abuse the gift of free will he had given them, the separation of him from Lilith over the past seven years, the estrangement of his own daughter for what felt like most of her live. It left him dazed and disconnected from the world in general. Had left him with a growing void between himself, his kingdom, and the sinners he ruled. Sinners that he was ashamed to admit he despised at times. Having Charlie in his life again made it a little more tolerable, but if this upcoming battle did not pan out well, he was running the risk of losing her and everyone else for good, which would send him even deeper into the pit of his own mind.
But, in a way, that was another small new blessing in his life though, finding others to care about. Sinners even. He had been working on getting to know the other residents and staff at the hotel, and he enjoyed… most of them. He had been worried about that pornstar, Angel, trying to get up on his daughter, but he didn’t seem to do anything outside of a few pet-names for her, and him for that matter. Lucifer had also noticed Angel put a lot of their focus on Husk, the bartender. Lucifer crackled a small smile, he liked Husk, he was a no nonsense kinda guy but seemed to have a good heart, and a soft spot for others at the hotel. Sir Pentious was… interesting, an intelligent fool, which he could relate to. Niffty was… well she was good at cleaning, and a little terrifying. And Alastor… ugh, he couldn’t stand the guy, he clenched his fists at the thought of him. Lucifer knew that guy was up to something, and was not fond of how close his daughter had gotten to him… but he had to admit that he had been a big support to Charlie. He just knew that his actions were not selfless and it was all a fun little game for grabbing power.
Lucifer shook his head, he needed to be careful, he could get heated and obsess over his distain for Alastor if he was not careful. But the resident he was most curious about, was his daughter’s girlfriend, Vaggie. A fallen angel. It was odd because their falls had both been very different, his a physical fall from Heaven, her’s in an instance on the grounds of Hell themself, her status torn from her in a moment. But the mental pain of it all still the same. To have her wings torn off by those monsters, Adam and Lute, disgusting how they can be in the highest ranks of Heaven while people like her suffer, for sparing a fucking child!
Lucifer took another breath to slow down his thought process. That was a topic he needed to be careful about, his fall. That was a panic attack waiting to happen, a trauma he could never full process, even with Lilith even though she also fell with him. He pushed those thoughts away, as he always did, and decided it was probably time to get ready for bed. He went to go wash his face and change into pajamas.
His thoughts drift back to the hotel, then to what Charlie had mentioned about you, the newest addition to the hotel. His heart hurt to hear you had barely just arrived in Hell before getting attacked by other sinners so brutally. He had been curious about you, but understood that you might need some time to acclimate to Hell. He was just glad that you had found the hotel so soon after getting here. What sort of soul would be so keen on redemption soon after arriving in Hell? He tried hard not to immediately jump to thoughts of suspicion. All he knew is what Charlie told him, that you arrived sounding scared and hurt, and he hated that. He hating that he had created a realm that did that to people. He sighed, whenever you were ready to meet him, he wanted to do something nice to welcome you. He didn’t know what, but he would figure it out. For now, it was bed time.
——————————————————————
The next day, you were awoken by a knock on your door. You stretched and hobbled your way over to the door and opened it to find Charlie.
“Evening! How are you feeling?” She asked with a perky smile.
You cocked an eyebrow and yawned “A little better. Oh, is it dinner time?”
“Yes… but like… of the next day… it’s been over 24 hours since I last saw you… I left notes but you didn’t come out. I just wanted to make sure you were ok,” Charlie gave you an anxious grin.
Your eyes went wide, “24 hours?!” You looked at the ground and saw the few notes on the floor, “Oh Heav- I mean… Hells! Charlie, I’m sorry, I was asleep that whole time.”
Charlie laughed and swatted a hand “Oh gosh, it’s no trouble. If that’s all it was I’m just glad you were resting and healing, that’s all. I didn’t want you to miss out on eating so I just thought I would knock this time. Are you hungry?”
You were about to answer when your stomach did with a loud gurgle that was loud enough for both of you to hear. You both looked at your stomach, then at each other, then laughed.
“Is it uhh… is it ok if I eat in here though? I’m… still not ready to be out with others,” you asked sheepishly.
“Of course! We are having the last big rally before the battle downstairs so, it would probably be a bit overwhelming out there anyway. Let me go get you some food,” Charlie closed your door and ran down to the kitchen to grab you some of the food. You hated to admit it, but you were growing more tolerant of Charlie, possibly even enjoy her, though parts of your brain still worked to warn you about her. She seemed really genuine, and she couldn’t help but remind you of Emily. She seemed like someone who wanted to care for people and make them feel happy and safe.
Charlie came back with a bowl of soup and some bread, “Here we are!” She handed you your food.
“Thanks!” You said, taking the bowl and plate from her and going inside your room to set it down on a small table.
“Hey so… the extermination is tomorrow… will you have your place set up for you to be safe at during that time? If you don’t have a place, I always have my dad…”
“No! No, please, I have it taken care of, don’t worry about me. I’ll be fine, I have a place to go. I’ll… probably just eat this, get some more sleep and be out of here early before the angels come. Ok?”
Charlie nodded, “Ok, if you aren’t up by like 8 am, I’ll come kick you out.” She gave you a wink, “Stay safe, ok?” then closed the door.
You let your curated smile deflate as you started to eat alone in your room. You didn’t realize you had put on a mask for her until she left. You couldn’t deny how much you were still working to keep up appearances around her, how much you fought with the idea of trusting her. On the other hand, you lied to her, about several different things, and that definitely did not make you feel good. Most currently, on the full belief that you had a place to stay during the extermination. You were hoping that Claire would let you hide in the Embassy, but that’s only if it is even open that day. It was all a gamble.
The next morning you woke up early and snuck out of the hotel and down to the Embassy, where one again you found Claire sweeping. She looked up to see you enter and smiled.
“Well good morning! You are looking a bit better I see, didn’t expect to see you back so soon. You doing ok at the hotel?” Claire asked as she continued to sweep.
“Uhh… ya! It’s been just fine. I’ve been asleep most of my time there. Got some actual wraps for my broken bones that have helped a lot. But, I’m here because… well…” you took a moment to collect your thoughts “The Princess’ hotel has gained the negative attention of Heaven it seems… and I am in no place to fight… so I need to hide… can I stay here? Please? I promise I won’t cause any trouble and you can kick me out at any moment if I do,” you pleaded. You hated having to beg to a hellborn, but Claire had already earned some amount of your respect and you were desperate. You knew she had probably already broken several rules when it came to you.
Claire looked around and smiled before whispering “If someone were to ask, you have a complaint and are personally coming to talk to me, got it?” She winked. You cracked a small smile, nodded, and winked back. Claire then led you back further into the Embassy, past elevators, meeting rooms, all empty, until you got to a small office with a sign that said “Clarisee Emberstone, Facilities Manager”. You were curious who else was here to even comment, but you knew Heaven had eyes everywhere. Claire opened the door and you both stepped in. It was small and cramped, full of tools, cleaning supplies, papers, a desk with a chair, and a small couch. Claire gestured for you to take a seat, and you did.
Claire sighed, “It’s not much but-“
“No no! It’s perfect. Thank you…” you smiled at her. “Thank you for being so nice to me. How can I ever repay you?” You asked.
Claire shook her head, “Nothing, I want nothing from you. I just don’t want people to suffer more than they already do.” Claire thought for a moment, “Tell you what… if you can find a way to make the most of your time in hell, to make the lives of other sinner’s a little more tolerable so that they don’t get hurt in the way you have, that’s how you can repay me, ok?”
You blinked, and nodded. That made sense, you would have to think about that, but that was an idea. An idea that tugged and churned your stomach at the thought of helping sinners, but still a good one.
Claire smiled and nodded, “Now I must get back to my cleaning, I’ll come get you when the dust settles.” You nodded and Claire closed the door behind her, leaving you once again alone with your thoughts.
You sighed and lounged on the small couch, you were thankful for the well hidden room, but your mind still had plenty to leave it cloudy and worried.
Swirling emotions that still lacked names engulfed your thoughts and the pit of your stomach. It almost hurt. You understood the fear and worry, but not worry for yourself, worry about others. You were worried for Charlie and Vaggie, worried for the sinners that you had been in hotel with that you had yet to get to know, worried about the angels that came down for them, worried about Adam and Lute, worried about how Emily was feeling, but you also hated feeling worried about them. You felt like you were worried and hated that you worried about everyone. This felt like pure madness inside your head. Nothing made sense anymore and all you knew was confusion and fear. Is this how sinners always felt? Is this what it’s like to live through an extermination? Is this what Heaven was doing to people? At least you had a place to hide, how many others didn’t?
Your head ached, you tried to focus on your breathing. And then you started to feel it, the rumbles. The angels were here. You were helpless to do nothing besides desperately sense for any tremor, any sound or shift, though you didn’t know what any of them meant or how close they were. They didn’t feel like they ever got much closer to the building you were at, but they felt more powerful at times. An occasional beam of holy energy and you could still sense from all the way over where you were.
The biggest shock came from another holy blast, and a large earthquake that felt as if the ground was cracking apart, followed by a few quick shakes… and then.. stillness. It was so still and quiet that you could hear your own heartbeat, loud as a drum, your breathing quick.
There was a knock on the door, and you jumped. Claire opened the door and gave you a smile, “Relax, we are all clear.”
“All clear?”
“Ya… the angels are gone. Portal opened back up and they all high tailed it out of here,” Claire said “Come on I’ll show ya.”
You got up and followed Claire back out to the lobby, you looked out the window, and gasped. All you could see was the rubble and remains of the building you had been sleeping in hours before, along with patches of golden blood littered along the hillside. The blood of dead angels.
You got close to the window and look for any signs of movement. You had to really squint, but you were able to make out a few figures, one with long blonde hair and one with white. You sighed with relief, Charlie and Vaggie were ok. Your attention was then also caught by another individual that was flying around, with red and white wings… six of them?! You pressed your face against the glass to try to get a better look, did an angel survive?!
“You see him too? Pretty magnificent huh? He doesn’t come out in public much,” said Claire.
“Who? The angel?” You asked still looking out the window.
“Yes, Lucifer.”
You looked at Claire with shock and then back out to the seraphim outside, then put a finger to the glass in his direction.
“That? That seraphim is Lucifer? But I thought he was a demon?” You asked.
“Oh he is, he’s both, in a way. I don’t know his story super well but I just see the bits about him in magazines. Factly, from most of what I have seen of him, he looks more like an angel than a demon most of the time.”
You were mesmerized and drawn in by the slight of those wings, how he dipped and dived with them. You have never seen a seraphim with white and red wings, and you guys you never really connected the idea that he was a fallen seraphim until now.
You continued to stare out the window as the small image of him landed in the distance. You could not pick out any details about him other than the wings and a hat of some kind. You hated how much your curiosity continued to grow when it came to him. You were starting at hate a lot of things. Well hate was a strong word… feel conflicted was probably a better term.
You were about to start thinking about what you should do now that the hotel was destroyed, when you saw the distant angel soar back into the sky and start to zap the ground with magic. Soon the beginnings of a new building were starting to form. Was he rebuilding the hotel?!
That was exactly what he was doing, and with the help of the other hotel residents, it was not long before a brand new Hazbin Hotel stood atop the eastern hill of the Pentagram. Bigger and brighter than the last. You just stood and stared out the window as it formed, dazzled and enchanted by its creation.
Eventually, you felt ready to head back to the hotel. You thanked Claire and said goodbye before you made the journey back home. The streets of hell were filled with parties and debauchery, singing the praises of the King and his Princess for fighting of the “angel scum”. Normally a comment like that would make you mad, but now… it made sense. Their view of Heaven and angels made sense.
You made it back to the hotel, and found Charlie standing outside, marveling at her new hotel with Vaggie. You walked up behind them a ways.
“Room for one, please?” Charlie and Vaggie turned around at the sound of your voice, Charlie’s eyes started to water as she ran to you.
“(Y/fn)! You are ok!” She said, enveloping you in a tight hug, “I was so worried! I’m glad you are safe.” You smiled and hugged her back.
“I’m glad you guys are ok too. What all happened?”
Charlie and Vaggie went over the summary of the battle, the dome Alastor made, Adam being Adam, Sir Pentious, who was another resident you did not get to meet, was killed, Charlie’s guardian, Dazzle, being killed, then Lucifer showing up at the end to put a stop to Adam, but that it was Niffty that killed Adam.
You blinked, “Adam, the first man, is dead?” Charlie nodded. Some thing in your heart was both broke and soared hearing that, you grabbed your shoulder when you still felt the pain of your missing wing, and furrowed you brow.
“Good… that piece of shit had it coming…” Charlie and Vaggie were surprised by you words, so were you, “I mean… look at all this trouble he has caused! He sounded like a complete asshole!”
“Yes! He was!” Charlie proclaimed. You all laughed.
You looked around, “Your dad still here?”
Charlie shook her head, “No, he went home. Fighting and using as much creation magic as he did makes him tired very quickly. Look at all he made!” She said gesturing to the hotel.
“It really is marvelous, you’ll have sinners knocking door these doors to get in for sure!” You looked around. Something about this magic felt familiar someone, but you couldn’t quite pin how it felt familiar.
Charlie laughed, “I sure hope so!”
You looked over at her, it’s wild how much of a beacon of hope she was. You grabbed her hand and she looked at you with surprise.
“Charlie… thank you, for everything. How can I ever repay you for your kindness?”
Charlie smiled and held your hand back “Just do your best while you are here, for yourself and others. I still don’t have proof that rehabilitation actually works… but if it does, I want us all to support each other as best we can!”
That sounded very similar to what Claire had said earlier. You didn’t think it was possible to redeem sinners, but even if they couldn’t, you all can work to make Hell a better place. You smiled “I will Charlie, I’ll be the best that I can, and I’ll figure out what I can do you help others too. I’ll just need to time to figure out what that is…”
“It sounds like a great start” Vaggie added, “Now come on! It’s dinner time and Alastor is breaking in the new kitchen.” You followed Charlie and Vaggie inside, ready to fully start your new life inside the hotel.

Little kandrew/eil angst below!
It is finally his graduation. Kevin is among those who graduate with flying colours and he turns his tassel to the other side, smile long on his face when he waves for the photoshot. That's what it hits him — it is almost the ending. No more classes, no more practices with his foxes. No shared dorm with Andrew and Neil. It's almost the ending, tomorrow he takes the plane for another state to confirm his joining the pro team and start his brand new career at the league, though he has a few dozen of hours till then.
He goes down the stairs giving the way to the other no-more-student and joins the foxes — they came to support him and he's really pleased to see them all around him. They are talking nonsense about wanting to leave this place too, Nicky obviously wants to go to Germany, Aaron is going to med school and... All of the voices turn silent. No, of course everyone's still talking but Kevin can't hear anything when he meets Andrew's gaze.
The world is frozen around them, the silence is unbearable when you can't even breathe to cut it. Kevin wonders if that happened before — Andrew looks him dead in the eye as if trying to say something without words, knowing for sure his message would be received. Unexpectedly, Kevin really gets it. It is the ending.
Andrew's gaze is solemn for once, he doesn't look like he wants to blame him for something. He wonders, could Andrew regret something just like Kevin does. All the excitement disappears into thin air, when he realizes — that all was in vain. He escaped Evermore, that was the right thing, for sure, but then he escaped another time. He was running from himself for so long, he doesn't even remember the starting point. That leads him here — that moment when they look in the eyes of one another, adulterated silence is the only evidence for that, not in the strength to say anything that they really mean, something that should have been said years ago, without precious time wasted.
Kevin gets it — Andrew's silent goodbye. He'll give him a lift to the airport tomorrow, but now is the exact moment to put a period to all that. Till today they've let themselves indulge in those pathetic hopes, dreams about those crucial words said out loud, but now it is the ending, one cannot put back the clock.
He doesn't know for sure if Andrew really regrets anything, though Kevin can do nothing but. He could've been more confident and less complicated, maybe then... Then, not now.
He wants to run away again, but this time not from himself — to run for someone, for himself, catching Andrew's wrist in a hurry and kissing him in the abandoned park behind campus, because there's still some time left, there's always, isn't there?
Clearly, not for them. No time left for Kevin and Andrew, now he has to forget him — has to burn the bridge, knowing that it has been already set aflame at the other end. He can smell the ashes, though it could be the heavy cigarette smoke and ashes take place only in his mind.
Andrew looks away when he knows his silent goodbye is deciphered, there's no use in observing his handsome features anymore, Kevin lowers his eyes to see Neil's hand gripping at Andrew's sleeve.
He knows — it is the ending of something that never started, a period at the end of an empty sentence.

Are we still doing this? I'm still doing this.
Have another @bucktommypositivityweek bingo ficlet: cuddling, 118 family scenes, new traditions.
Tumblr media
"Tommy." he vaguely heard someone call his name somewhere in the distance but we was too warm and comfortable to pay much attention to it.
"Tommy. Tom."
There was a hand in his hair and someone kissed his temple.
"Thomas. Time to wake up."
He pried his eyes open and looked up into his boyfriend's amused face.
"Hey." he said softly and kissed him again.
"Are we boring you? A familiar voice he couldn't quite place in his sleepy state asked.
"Shut up Eddie, he just came off a shift. He's allowed to be tired." Evan snapped back at the source of the voice, which apparently was Eddie.
Tommy sat up a little and rubbed the sleep from his face, taking in his surroundings.
They were in the garden of Bobby and Athena's new place, Evan's arms around him, and a blanket covering their legs.
"Sorry." he mumbled, feeling his cheeks heat up.
Bobby had invited the entire team over for dinner, the first of many he'd insisted, and had gone out of his way to make sure Tommy knew the invitation extended to him too.
"You're part of the family, Tommy." Bobby had told him and squeezed his shoulder when he'd personally invited him when he'd picked Evan up from work a few weeks ago.
Dinner had been nice, Evan had helped Bobby with the food preparation, and Tommy had made apple pie from a recipe he found online after Evan had told everyone how good it was.
It had made him a little, or a lot, nervous and his crew at Harbor had been delighted to help eat his trial runs.
He'd planned to help set things up, but unfortunately he'd gotten called into work for an emergency medical transport, and hadn't had time to do much more than shower at the station and put on some clean clothes.
Evan, being the absolute godsend he was, had picked him up from work, with his pie in a cooler in the back of his car, so Tommy would still get the praise Evan reckoned he deserved.
"Nonsense." Bobby spoke up. "I've done a lot worse than doze off after a long shift. You have nothing to be sorry for. "
"Still..." Tommy trailed off, not sure what he was going to say. He turned to Evan. "How long was I out for?"
"Not long. Half an hour. Maybe 45 minutes."
Tommy groaned.
"You should have woken me up sooner."
"Hey no worries man, Jee is out like a light too." Howie told him, stroking the hair out of his little girl's face as she slept with her head in his lap, and her feet in Maddie's.
"Yeah well, she's a little younger than I am. "
"Yeah, old people need a lot of sleep, Chim. " Eddie teased.
Tommy glared at him. He was going to pay for that in their next sparring session. Or maybe he'd find out his new girlfriend's name and number and tell her some embarrassing stories about him.
Or maybe both.
Suddenly he felt a hand on his shoulder and saw Karen standing next to him with her coat on.
"We're going to head out. We left the kids on their own and Hen is worried they're throwing a party and burning the place down." she told him, ignoring her wife's protests. "We'll catch up soon, alright?"
"Yeah... sorry... I'm usually better company."
"Don't worry about it. You're not the first firefighter to fall asleep on me. And I married that one." she smiled at Hen.
"Yeah, you're not really my type though." Tommy joked and she laughed.
"Likewise."
They said their goodbyes and left and Tommy felt the embarrassment from earlier slowly slip away.
"Do you want to get out of here too and sleep in an actual bed at home?" Evan asked softly.
Tommy glanced at his watch and shook his head.
"It's still early. I'm good now, I promise." he said and pressed a small kiss to Evan's lips.
"Yeah grandpa has had his nap, he should be good for at least another hour now." Eddie said and laughed.
He was definitely calling the new girlfriend, Tommy decided.
"I'd watch my mouth if I were you, Diaz, I have a lot of embarrassing stories to tell about you, and Evan even more." he warned Eddie, making the rest of the group laugh.
Conversations around them picked up again, Bobby complimented his pie and told him he hoped he'd make it for every family dinner from then on.
He and Evan had been together almost a year, and every day since then he'd thanked whatever deity was out there for making him answer Howie's call that day in April, and throwing one Evan Buckley into his life.
"What?" Evan asked when he caught him staring at him. "Have I got something on my face?"
Tommy shook his head.
"I just love you."

Forbbiden Love (ENG. VER.)
prompts by @raven-cincaide-words
Philza staggered through the corridors of the school, he had slept little and nothing, the image of Missa standing in his room made him tremble, he didn't know whether from fear or excitement, everything about Missa felt almost forbidden, as if the mere thought of the God was illegal, as if the mention of his name was a crime and as if the presence of it itself a sin.
‘Hey, Philza!’ Fit's shout in his ear snapped him out of his reverie, ‘Hell, you look like you've seen a ghost, dude.’
Something like that, Phil thought humorously, ‘Ha ha ha, I just had one of those nights, Fit.’
‘Everything all right?’ his friend asked, concerned for him. ‘Is it about your parents, again?’
Philza smiled at him, ‘no, no, nothing like that,’ he said then sighed, ‘it's just something that… it's not really that important, I have to process it first, that's all.’
Fit gave him one of those bright, full smiles, ‘Well if you're having trouble don't forget my ma will always welcome you home with a plate of meatballs.’
‘Thanks, Fit.’
‘Nah nonsense, all for my brother,’ he said slapping Philza on the back, ’Come on, we've got history lessons with Monsieur Etoiles.’
Phil sighed, ‘Go on, I'll catch up with you, I'm going to get my sketchbook out, if I hear Etoiles talking about columns from the Romanesque period one more time with nothing to do I'll kill myself.’ Philza said, making a hanging sound.
Fit laughed, motioned for her to hurry up and grabbed Pac by the waist, giving him a slightly over the top kiss.
‘Fit, Pac!’ shouted Principal Halo from his place at the end of the hallway, ’This is a school, not a motel.’
Phil chuckled, and searched through his things for his sketchbook, but couldn't seem to find it, ‘Looking for this?’ said a voice he knew too well for Phil's liking.
‘Missa!’ shrieked Phil quietly, “What are you doing here?” he said in a whisper, taking his notebook in his hands.
‘Can't I visit you, dear?’ asked the God, those galaxies glowing with some mischief.
‘No,’ squeaked Philza, “I'm late, goodbye,” he said disappearing down the corridor.
‘Adiós, querido,’ said Missa, his words almost like a whisper on the wind.
Philza tried to ignore him, he sat down in his seat next to Fit and Pac, ready to ignore whatever it was they were going to study in history and draw something, anything, so he could breathe a little, but as he opened his notebook there was an extremely detailed drawing of him on the first page, there was a sentence below the drawing.
Para mi cuervito, xoxoxo, Missa
Philza felt a shiver run down his spine. Why couldn't Missa leave him alone? He just wants to be left alone, and live his life in peace, was that too much to ask?
Philza felt a shiver run down his spine, why couldn't Missa just leave him alone? He just wants to be quiet, and live his life in peace, was that too much to ask?
‘Woah,’ Monsieur Etoiles said, ’I didn't know you could draw so well, Philza.’
‘No, it's not mine, sir.’ Said Phil, turning the page to an empty one, ‘thanks anyway.’
‘Bonjour à tous!’ Everyone responded with a dry ‘Bonjour Monsieur Etoiles’ causing the professor to roll his eyes at the lack of enthusiasm, ‘Today we're going to talk about gods, and I wanted to start with one of my favourite gods, Moris, God of Death.’
No way, Missa was chasing him, he couldn't leave him alone.
‘Moris,’ explained Etoiles, ’is, in addition to the god of death, the guardian god of children and unjust deaths, legend has it that his first love, Philip, was taken from him at a young age, he spent his entire mortal life searching for the culprit, upon seeing his efforts, the goddess of death, Trixtin, gave him an immortal life for his endeavour.’
‘Hey Phil,’ Fit said with a laugh, “isn't that the statue you kissed?” he said loud enough for the whole class to hear.
All the colour drained from Phil's face, suddenly he was the centre of attention, and it made him want the earth to swallow him up. Monsieur Etoiles let out a chuckle.
‘’My, my, kissing gods at this age, Monsieur Watson?’ he said with a hint of derision, “Don't you know that could get you into trouble?”
Well, Philza would have liked someone to have told him that before he had kissed the statue in the graveyard. ‘I didn't know that, sir.’
‘In many ancient legends,’ said the professor, ‘there is mention of the love that Moris, or Missa, has for one particular soul, the soul of his beloved Felipe, it is told that, the god only appears for that soul, because Felipe's soul and the god's soul are bound together for all eternity.’’
Great, now I'm bound to a weirdo god for the rest of my fucking life. He grumbled in his mind, he could see how the professor kept looking at him, as if something wasn't right with him.
‘Mr. Watson, you seem overly concerned about this, what do you think of the god?’
He is incredibly annoying and clingy, ‘If he was so good, why doesn't he leave Felipe's soul alone?’
‘Because you're mine, cuervito’ a breeze rushed through the room and that's what Philza heard, the simple answer to his eternal damnation.

CRY
--------------------------------------------------
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
plot: pep rallies are definitely not your thing
warnings: none I think!
word count: 0.5k words
notes: sorry this took me so long and sorry it's so short but I think I like this!! hope you enjoy anon!🫶🏼
--------------------------------------------------
pep rallies were never your thing, loud settings were very hard for you to be in, the screaming and cheering, all the people smushed together waiving their hands around, but today was "different" the whole fight club was going to the pep rally as if it could "promote" them even more.
you sat by hazel and the others and waited for the noise to come it, as the cheerleaders came out everyone started screaming, hazel pulled you up with her and cheered, you sat back down and the rally continued, someone with a soda walked over to they're seat but as they walked by you they tripped over someone's foot and spilled their soda on you.
you shirt got all wet, 'are you kidding me' you mentally shouted, hazel tried to help you by getting up to get some napkins but before she could stand up jeff and the team walked out, everyone once again stood up and cheered and screamed, some people yelling explicit things or just yelling nonsense. everything was too much, your shirt was sticky and suddenly it felt too tight, your ears were ringing and you felt tears welling in your eyes.
hazel sat back down and looked at you with a grin which was immediately wiped off as she saw the tears and your eyes and your top lip quivering. 'fuck' she mumbled and locked her hand with yours, she rushed out of there without even saying goodbye, when you got out the fresh air helped but didn't stop your overstimulation, hazel brought you to her car and you cleaned yourself up, she gave you a spare change but something was still bothering you, you couldn't tell if it was the distant noise, the remaining soda on your chest or how tired you were.
you decided to tell hazel to go back and you would just stay in the car. 'haze you can just go back if you want I'll wait in the car' your voice broke mid phrase, she put her hands on your shoulders and brought you closer, 'I'll take you home okay? I don't need to be there I need to take care of you and help you, that's what's important to me' she smiled at you and pulled you into a hug, you clinged on to her for a couple seconds before pulling away and opening the car door.
by the time you got home it was dark, the sun had set and the air was cold. you opened your front door and led hazel to your room, you both slid off your shoes and flopped onto the comfort of your soft bed, 'hazel?' you turned your head to face her, she turned her head back to you, 'what's up?' you felt that similar knot in your throat and you couldn't stop your tears from spilling, she cupped your face and asked you what was wrong, 'am I...annoying?' a small frown speared on her lips, 'no not at all, you could never annoy me' she gently stoked your cheek with her cold thumb.
'i mean I feel like I always need something, like I'm asking for too much' your bottom lip quivered and hazel's heart sunk, 'that's okay, I'm always happy to help, there's no reason you should feel this way, you haven't done anything wrong' a tear slipped down your face and a warm smile speared on your face, she moved into a position so you were laying on top of her, her heart on yours beating together.

Foolish One (MM7)
A/N: I am back with a short one shot. And it won’t be the happiest of ones I’ve written. Mason’s departure from Chelsea hurt me very much. I was crying for days and I still can’t digest it. I hope nothing but the best for him at Man United. He deserves it.
Warnings: Angst
Mason Mount x Y/N-Chilwell reader
Summary: Ben’s sister is shocked to learn about her crushes departure from the team. She’s not ready to say goodbye. Her brother encourages to speak up to Mason and tell her what she actually feels. How will Mason react?
After what felt like an eternity, I was on time to pick up Ben from training at Cobham. There was so much traffic today, everyone literally storming to the training center for some breaking news that the team is about to reveal.
I get out of the car and ring Ben. It goes to voicemail. I call him a s second time and still the same. What's going on? I stop at the third time, then I move on to texting. I keep spamming him, because I get more worried as minutes go by.
I finally get a reply after all the failed attempts of reaching him. And it was probably the weirdest reply I had evert gotten from my brother.
"Come inside the center, please. Now." If I was next to Ben at the moment, I feel like he would have yelled his answer at me.
I rush to get inside, trying to avoid all the reporters and cameras that are televising the possible news. And why does Ben need me there? What is happening?
I quietly open the door and see half of the squad surrounding the currently blonde haired Mason. The center felt empty as a lot of players had departed from the club earlier this month. A lot of my friends and Ben's teammates weren't there. That still was a shock to me.
I see Ben shushing me once he notices my presence and tells me to listen closely to what Mason is about to say. Mason eyes weirdly Ben but he keeps on going with his speech. By the second I get even more anxious about his reveal.
"I will be unfortunately leaving Chelsea" he says in the lowest manner possible, trying to hide the shame and denial that his voice is filled with.
I start shaking after the words escape his mouth. This feels surreal and like a terrifying nightmare. I want to wake up and have Mason take every single one of those words bad, saying it's just a bad prank.
Reece is in a devastating state, trying to process what he just heard. His best friend was leaving their childhood club. After all those years they wouldn't play along, but against each other.
"Please tell me this is a sick joke" I don't hold back and Mason turns to face me. His teary eyes drop to the floor, unable to look at me. He puts his hand on his mouth, wanting to hold back a sob.
"Which team is it going to be?" my brother barely wants to know. He doesn't care but knowing he may have to play against his friend, breaks his heart, just at the thought.
"Manchester United" Mason doesn't even want to admit that this is actually happening. He will be going to the biggest rivals of Chelsea. He will have to attend Stamford Bridge, not as their player, but a rival. A threat.
I refuse to listen furthermore to that nonsense, so I just ran off from the room and go outside once again. The atmosphere feels very suffocating.
I can hear someone walking behind me trying to catch me from leaving this center and asking someone else to pick up Ben.
"Y/N, hold on, please. Do not leave" Azpilicueta grabs my arm, before I manage to open my car door. I can't resist so I leave the handle and look at him.
"Why is he doing this?" my words come out as a whisper and with my lower lip quivering.
"Because that is how life works. One door closes and another opens. It's the cycle of life." he tries to comfort me with a smile and I instantly feel better. During those years that my brother became a member of the Chelsea squad, I have grown closer with Azpi, even though he is a very low key personality and is completely different to the others, like Kai, Ben, Mason and Reece.
"It hurts Azpi. He said he would stay. What changed his mind? Why was he willing to leave the club?"
"This season has been a big hit for us. Not the best one the team has had. We had to face many obstacles. Many injuries. A lot of players thought that a move would be good for them. Take Jorgi, for example, he is doing better now at Arsenal. Our environment became hostile, even for us the players."
"I know. I am so sorry for the season you guys had. I hated seeing Ben coming home being a constant downer and not being able to cheer him up the slightest. I just believed you'd stick together."
"Family members take different paths sometimes. The children leave home in order to evolve and look out for what they have been missing. And parents move on to seek for another source of excitement in life."
"Wait, what do you mean? What about the parents?" I look down at Azpi's hands, holding mine firmly. A few tears fall on the knuckles of my hand and I notice that something is about to happen.
"Please don't" the words gag my throat, get stuck in my throat as I realise what he is about to say.
"I will be going to Spain. I didn't want you to find out through the media. Not from your brother either. No one in the team knows yet. I am so sorry, mi increíble amiga"
I couldn't hold back my tears. A waterfall escaped my eyes and uncontrollable sobs were all I could utter. I was losing all my friends and now what was like a second father to me. Cesar wrapped his arms around me and gave me what was probably our last hug. This was very painful to handle.
"As much as it pains me, I want the best for you. You have been my favourite since day one. Thank you for always being by my side Azpi. I owe you my life. I am going to miss you terribly."
As I lay my head on his shoulder, I open my teary eyes to be faced with a saddened look on Mason's face, a few meters away from me and Cesar. He doesn't want to intervene, so he just waits patiently.
Azpi noticed his presence and gestured with his free hand to come our way. Mason doesn't know what to say on what he is currently seeing in front of his eyes. He knows this is between me and Cesar.
After Azpi made his way back to the center, it was just me and Mason. Mason and me.
"So that is it? You are leaving? For good?"
"I am so sorry, Y/N. I was left with no choice. Chelsea had become my toxic trait. And I hers. It was inevitable." he snips, wiping his nose with the sleeve of his jumper.
"So I won't be able to root for you? Wear your jersey? Chant about your brilliance?" Confessions were about to be made and at this point I didn't care. I had to get them out of my chest.
"Wait? You have my jersey?" he was so shocked by that and honestly I don't know how he hadn't noticed?
"Why do you think I still attended the games even after my brother's injury? Why do you think I travelled to Qatar? Why do you think I call you starboy?"
"What are you implying, Y/N? Because this could either break my heart or bring it back to life."
"I love you Mason. And my brother may think it is a silly crush but I love you. I look back and see all the missed opportunities of wanting to confess this to you, but my priority was to make sure you were alright and my feelings came second. And now it's gone."
"Who told you it's gone? Did you really think Ben willingly wanted you here today? I told him to alert you. I would hate myself if you found out from someone else rather than the man who has been madly obsessed with you from the moment you stepped into Stamford Bridge."
Madly obsessed? Where does this come from? Does Mason actually...
"I know very well you have been attending the games. Even when Ben is away, I always spot your smile in the crowd. It what motivates me. Even in the ten minutes I may play, your brightness is my source of happiness. God, the effort I made to tell you how much I love you but we were never alone and I thought you just saw me as your brother's teammate."
His words shattered my heart and built it back in seconds. It felt like my favourite dream to have Mason confess his love to me. For him to actually notice all my little hints and signs of support and appreciation.
"Then why are you leaving? Why do you let all this slip away from you? Everyone knows what a capable player you are. Can't you..." my voice starts breaking and tears blur my vision once again.
My cheeks dry up because of Mason's jumper. He is currently holding me tighter than anything else, as if I was going to turn into dust soon. The kind of hug I have been wanting him to give me since day one.
"I would love for you to come cheer for me at my games with United. I will give you a ticket for the family box. I don't know what I will do if you're not in the same room as me, your presence giving me strength." he offers to me and as tempting as it sounds, how will I ever tell my brother? how can I attend Chelsea v United games? which side will I support?
"I would really love to, but what about Ben? What if the teams play against? Would I support the man I love or my own blood? Would I even be able to cheer if you scored a goal against Chelsea?" Mason's eyes are bloodshot red and very dark. I hate seeing him hurt like this.
"Even if you give me a short glance, I will know that you support me as well. You don't have to cheer. Just look at me."
Mason's fingers under my chin, force me to look him deeply in the eyes. My heart is beating extremely fast, it may even kill me in the moment. How did we end up like this? confessing to each other the very last day?
In soft movements, his lips come close to mine and I can feel sparks flying as I can finally taste him against me. He is very tender and sweet, cupping my face with both of his soft hands. If I could replace oxygen with Mason's kisses, I would choose that over and over again.
A small moan escapes my lips, and I can feel a smile shaping on his lips, still not removing himself from me, pushing my body deeper onto my car's door. His hands move to hold my waist firmly as he refuses to let me go. I fear that someone may be looking us and especially my brother, but all I can think about right now is how my dream has come true. And my worst nightmare.
"I can't let you go." he mumbles underneath the kiss, his hands roaming all over my body, keeping me in close proximity.
"Don't do this now." I take a breath and stop from kissing him. Why is this happening now? Why did this had to happen now? The day that he is leaving Chelsea for good.
"I need you with me. I can't do this without you." he hold my hands firmly and so tight afraid I may slip away. When in reality, he is the one letting me go. Or, letting go.
"You already are Mason. I will be here for you, but I can't be with you." and with a final kiss, I say my final goodbye to my beloved footballer and sweetest human alive.

Tumblr media
-
“ana! don’t run in their house!” you yell, dragging her suitcase into the home with a frown.
almost immediately, the ryuguji’s girl turns the corner and drags anastasia into a hug.
you frown in slight annoyance, tired of chasing after her all day.
draken comes in from the garage, hands a bit dirty and overalls hanging from his waist.
“hey mama. how you doing?” he greets, washing his hands of the car oil in the kitchen sink.
when they’re clean and dry, he pulls you into a big warm hug.
“so exhausted. thank you for watching ana while I’m gone.” you sigh, pulling away and looking at him.
“course. love her like she’s my own, and so does emma.” draken explains, watching the girls talk about whatever nonsense they planned to do.
you read off everything you brought for her and anything extra that could be needed.
you hand off your spare house keys in case for emergencies or if that spoiled brat of yours feels too homesick.
he knows you prepared just enough so she doesn’t call your phone down fifty times a day on your vacation.
“ken! did you wash your hands in the kitchen again?!” emma yells out, stepping out of the kitchen with a disgusted look.
draken gives his wife a warm smile, knowing that he had irritated her soul with that action.
“sorry baby. had to grab ana’s stuff, s'heavy.” he lied, swiftly taking the things from your hand.
at the sound of her name, emma walks over to you with a huge smile and wraps her arms around you.
after the birth of her baby girl, her body had filled out nicely and she wasn’t as small as she was before.
her face was slightly chunkier, but she definitely grew more of an ass.
“gonna miss you girl. we gotta have one of those wine dates when you come back.” emma smiles, playfully rubbing your hips.
you nod with a laugh, removing her hands and fixing your clothes.
“we can plan it when i come back, but i have a flight to catch.” you inform, looking at the clock.
at the sound of that, anastasia comes running down the hall and squeezes you into a tight hug.
you kneel down and hug her back, kissing her cheek and forehead.
“behave, ana. i love you, bunches.” you mutter into her ear as you fix her dress with a smile.
“love you too mommy!” ana beams proudly, before pressing a kiss into your cheek.
you let her go and she runs off, making you smile big at her.
you say your goodbyes to everyone else and head back to your home, where taiju was waiting for you.
he was sitting outside of his car on his phone waiting when you pulled into the garage.
“where’s ana?” taiju asks, walking in beside you and looking around.
“ryuguji’s. can you grab my suitcase?" you ask without sparing him a glance, stopping in the mirror in the hall.
he stands behind you with a furious look, crossing his arms as he tries to keep his eyes on your face.
"i thought i told you i was coming to see her soon?" taiju asked, holding his negative tonuge.
you look at him confused through the mirror before fixing your tits in the cami you sported.
"and i thought i told you be here by nine so we can go out to breakfast. pamela keeping you busy?" you pout ignorantly, walking further into the house.
taiju follows behind you angrily, still not understanding why you were so petty towards her.
"her name is layna and you know it." taiju informs, grabbing your suitcases and bags.
you pick up your blanket and hoodie off the couch, before looking at him with a sweet smile.
"why do you want to talk about her so much? she isn't here." you whisper, dropping your things on the couch.
taiju stands still as you wrap your arms around his neck and pull him down closer to you.
your things sit by his feet, though his hands don't move to wrap around his waist like they always do.
"think we have time for a quickie?" you questioned, taking your hand and rubbing it down his chest with a smile.
taiju lets out a heavy sigh before pulling your hands off his body.
you frown in confusion as he grabs your stuff and begins to walk towards the garage once more.
"we have to stop this. grab your things and let's go, layna is waiting in the car and i don't wanna make her wait any longer." taiju sighs, looking at you from the corner of his eye.
you scoff, and immediately began to feel irritated.
he had some fucking nerve to bring her here and tell you what you have to and can't do.
and he was making you ride in the same car as her?
oh hell no.
"put my shit down and get out of here. i'll find my way there." you curse at him, grabbing your phone and immediately opening your messages app.
"we're already fucking late. go get. in the car." taiju demands, before walking out of your house with your things.
you scream in frustration, throwing your phone down in irritation and listen to it shatter into pieces.
it was childish, sure, but you didn't know how else to relieve yourself from the irritation.
you were not gonna have the best time.
-
you sat in the backseat of the car with your arms folded in annoyance, feeling a bit crowded with all the things next to you.
mayra sat in the front seat snug and happy, recording her and taiju every now and then.
'smug bitch' you thought to yourself, ready to shove your foot so far into the back of her neck so her front teeth collide with the dash.
"you okay back there? sighing a lot." taiju checks in, looking at the mirror to try and see you.
"fuck you." you say in reply, offering him your middle finger.
taiju says nothing in return, just looking back at the road with a disappointed frown.
pariah turns around and looks at you with an apologetic smile, placing her phone into her lap.
"hey, i know we got off on the wrong foot. but since we'll be on vacation together, i think we should put our differences aside." she starts, tucking her hair behind her ear.
the girl begins rattling on about the 'misunderstandings' and her feeling bad on her part and whatever nonsense she had to say.
you stared at her while she smiled the entire time, squinting your eyes at her while she spoke.
finally, she finished and waiting for your response.
you rolled your eyes, adjusted yourself into the seat, and looked out the window.
"fuck you." you say with a fake smile, before letting the guy open the door and walking away.
you see yuzuha and hakkai waiting by the front for the three of you, a big smile on their faces.
"hey, did you book your room? if not you can stay in mines." yuzuha asks, pulling you into a warm hug.
you hug back before sighing, and giving hakkai one as well.
"not staying in the hotel. shu said i can use his house and he'll be down in two days." you explain, fixing your hair.
you feel a hand on your shoulder and immediately slap the hand off, turning around defensively.
although it was just taiju, you still huff and back away from him a bit.
"can i talk to you? alone?" taiju asks, obviously stressed out from your outburst towards his girlfriend.
you practically laugh in his face before walking off, following hakkai and yuzuha to the private jet.
-
you were dropped off first, walking into the gorgeous big house that your best friend had owned.
hakkai helped you bring your stuff in, offering you a bit of a sad smile.
"you sure you'll be alright alone in here? i can stay if you'd like?" hakkai offers, leaning on the couch.
you shake your head and fix your hair in the mirror, giving him back the same smile.
"i'd love that, kai. but you have things to do and i think i wanna be alone right now." you say to him.
he nods, and pulls you into another hug. "we're going out to breakfast tomorrow. dress nice." hakkai says, before leaving.
you wave goodbye, before closing the door behind him and looking around a bit.
it was pretty big for you to be alone in, but you didn't mind too much.
if it meant you got to be away from whatever the hell taiju and tema had going on, so be it.
you get a call from shuji seconds later, and you answer it immediately through the cracks.
"hey mama. settled in the house yet?" shuji speaks, and it sounds muffled and more robot like.
you knew you fucked up your phone before leaving, but you didn't think it was that bad until now.
"no, not yet. i literally just got in." you explain to him, taking a seat on the couch with a frown.
shuji looks at you with a frown, before pushing his eyebrows together in confusion.
"why do you sound like that?" he asks, and you immediately understand that it sounded like that on both ends.
so you begin to explain to him what happened before you had left, and your phone cuts of in the middle of it.
you tap your phone repeatedly, but it doesn't respond.
the throw must of fucked your phone up bad, and going into the air didn't make it any better.
you curse loudly, tossing it across the room like some miracle would catch it and laying back on the couch.
it was your first day in dubai and you were having the worst time of your life.
-
the sun was out of the sky, and you were fresh out of the shower.
you lotion your skin with cocoa butter and put on your new night gown and the robe.
if you couldn't have fun with anyone or talk to anyone, you would definitely have fun by yourself.
you make your way downstairs and open the wine cabinet, pulling out the most expensive one and a glass.
the alexa rings through the house, getting your attention almost immediately.
since your phone broke, shuji had been using his alexas to communicate with you and check in through the cameras.
it made you feel secure and not alone knowing that he was checking in every now and then.
"shu says : love you girl, hope you're alright. ps, pop a titty on the lv rm cam if you need me. winky face." alexa recites.
you turn to the camera with a giggle and offer him the middle finger, presenting the bottle in your other hand.
you turn to the counter and pour yourself a glass, smiling to yourself.
"hey alexa! play everyone falls in love by tanto metro!" you say, turning to the machine.
she complies and the beat fills the air, making you excited.
you skip over to the machine with the glass in your hand and turn it up to it's max.
and eventually, you're on your fifth or sixth glass of wine and everything is a bit blurry.
"alexa baby.. play love by keyisha cole- no! play marvin's room by drake!" you demand, trading the glass for the bottle.
you don't know how many songs you've listened to, but shuji's playback list can tell you tomorrow.
the song begins to play from the speakers as you take a long sip from the bottle.
you sway to the beat, not hearing the front door beep and swing open slowly.
the liquid comforts your throat and gives you more singing energy.
"cups of the rose! bitches in my old phone." you sing loudly, holding the bottle in the air.
consequences be damned, you were having fun tonight.
taiju watches you swing your body around the kitchen, rolling your hips softly to catch the beat.
"i should call one and go home. i ben in this club too longg!" you giggle, drinking from the bottle some more.
taiju knows you well, and he knows well that this isn't how you act after drinking.
he doesn't know what got into you, but after the next line you sing, he understands.
"the man that i would try! is happy with a ugly bitch!" you slam your hand on the counter angrily, staring at the bottle.
"i've been drinking so much.. i can't call him anyway to say-.." you pause, turning around to see taiju staring at you.
he looked at you with a hint of sadness, and you didn't like that.
the two of you don't exchange words, he just walks over and turns the alexa down some.
he places the bag onto the counter and sighs, staring at the marble.
"hanma called me. gave me the spare key before we left. got you a new phone." taiju explains shortly, unmoving from his place.
you hug him around his waist and take a big whiff of his scent.
he smells so much like the perfume you had bought him when he took you shopping for this trip, and you loved it.
the sound you let out goes unnoticed by you, but not taiju.
you can tell because he shifts away from you shortly and pulls your hands off him.
the action hurts more than you think it should, makes your heart ache and you don't know why.
until it opens your eyes and tells you everything you need to know.
the divorce you had with taiju was one sided. your feelings for the man had never gone away.
you had just were in deep denial.
the feeling hurts, and it hurts bad.
maybe it's the amount of alcohol you had tonight, or maybe it's because he's in front of you right now.
but you feel too emotional, and he can't see you like this.
you walk away from him and walk into the living room, sitting on the floor across from the couch.
you hide your face in your knees and whimper, feeling yourself begin to cry.
you know your panties are showing from under your dress, but you can't care. you're embarrassed.
taiju tries to lift your head from your lap but you fight him on it, shoving his hand off your head.
you're full on sobbing now, and finally lift your face to look at him.
you don't want his fucking pity, but you can't tell him that.
you sob some more, feeling like your daughter when she doesn't get her way in the mall.
"why taiju? why did you divorce me?" you practically beg, wiping your eyes harshly and whining.
and the look taiju gives you makes you sick.

Affection fever
Tanjirou is glad his new friends are alright; Genya is in another room being patched up along with Kotetsu and other swordsmiths, Kanroji is on her way to her estate and Tanjirou and Tokito are with two kakushi.
"Tokito-san..." The kakushi girl tries, looking a little bit nervous before shaking her head and turning towards the redhead instead: "Tanjirou, could please tell him to..."
"Oh, of course!" Tanjirou gently runs his fingers through Tokito's hair. Not only he's in the same room as Tanjirou, he's wrapped around one of his arms. "Tokito-san, the girl wants to check my arm. Could you move a bit?"
"Okay!" Tokito beams at him before moving to Tanjirou's left side and nuzzling against his cheek. He looks very happy so Tanjirou has decided to let him do as he pleases. Besides, Kotetsu told him the mist hashira had a fever so that's probably the reason why he's so affectionate now.
The kakushi girl starts cleaning Tanjirou's wounds as the kakushi boy touches Tokito's forehead to see if he still has fever. After a couple of seconds he moves his hand away, rolls his eyes and takes a few notes.
"Is he alright?" Tanjirou asks, trying not to chuckle when Tokito gives him a kiss on the cheek before resting his head on the redhead's lap.
"Much better," the kakushi mumbles, rolling his eyes again when Tokito pouts.
"Give me headpats, Tanjirou," Tokito says, rubbing his nose against Tanjirou's middle.
"Sure!" Tanjirou smiles, patting the mist hashira's head gently. Then he turns to the kakushi: "I mean he obviously has fever still because he's a little bit clingy..."
"Nope. Zero fever now."
Tanjirou looks confused, but doesn't complain when Tokito gets closer, purrs and even puts both arms around his waist. He hasn't moved away from him since Nezuko went back into her box and the kakushi appeared to patch them all up.
"Oh... Okay! I'm just glad he's fine now!"
"Tanjirou, give me a kiss."
This time even the kakushi girl rolls her eyes, but doesn't make any comments on it.
Tanjirou leans closer before pressing his lips over Tokito's forehead; the kakushi is right, he doesn't have fever anymore.
Then why is he being so affectionate?
"You're my favorite, Tanjirou," Tokito giggles, cheeks turning slightly pink, prompting the redhead to worry again.
"Are you sure he's not...?"
"That blush is not due to fever."
"Then what's going–"
"Tanjirou!" A young swordsmith cuts him off, rushing into the room. He has his mask over his face, but the redhead can tell he's around his age. "I just wanted to personally thank you for saving us! You were amazing!"
"Oh! Uhh... You're welcome, but it wasn't really that–" Tanjirou stops when the swordsmith takes his hand and kisses it.
"You are really–"
The poor boy with the mask has to take a few steps back because Tokito hisses at him.
"Tokito-san, don't be rude!" Tanjirou says, he doesn't have the heart to actually scold him because he knows he's still weak. Instead he runs his fingers through his hair until he relaxes again.
Although he's still glaring at the swordsmith. Then he sits and gives Tanjirou a couple of kisses on his face before narrowing his eyes at the boy again.
"Sorry!" The swordsmith apologizes. "I didn't know you had someone already!"
"Someone?"
"Nonsense!" Kotetsu walks in the room, huffing at the swordsmith. "I told you about Tokito-san!"
"Kotetsu, hi!" Tanjirou grins. "How's Genya?"
"Better!" He quickly says, looking from Tanjirou to Tokito. "Sorry, we're leaving now!"
Even the two kakushi with them leave after they patch them up, Tanjirou is a little bit confused by everyone's behavior.
"Tanjirou, cuddle me."
Finally, Tanjirou decides to push those thoughts aside and relax for a while. The mist hashira seems determined not to let him go though and Tanjirou ends up falling asleep with him in his arms.
***
It's difficult to say goodbye to everyone, but especially Tokito because he's adamant about getting Tanjirou to go to his estate with him.
"I'm sorry, but I can't," he tells him, feeling genuinely bad about it. "I have to go back to the butterfly estate. Although I can pay you a visit after I make sure I don't have a new mission at the moment."
"Okay," Tokito nods, although he's still pouting. "But please come soon!"
He then gives Tanjirou a goodbye kiss on the cheek that makes him wonder why he's still so affectionate if he's not sick anymore.
Well... Maybe Tokito just wants to be his friend now.

Knowing Family | Julian Alvarez
Tumblr media
Pairing: Julian Alvarez x Reader
Sumary: Meeting your boy’s parents for the first time.
Warnings: English is not my first language !!!.There are probably many mistakes (I will correct them later)
Gif: gyu-17
————————————–
You and Julian met at the start of the season when you came to work for the club, making content for social media.
At first he behaved a bit shy, but as the months went by, little by little he became more encouraged.
Let's just say that the Julian at the beginning of the season wouldn't have dared to ask you out, as he did at the end of the season.
(…)
I ask you out, at the end of a day of recording, I wait for most of the guys to walk away so I can do it.
They both agreed to tour the city and then go to dinner.
That dinner was the start of it all, a couple of months later, they officially started dating, choosing to keep the relationship as low-key as possible, only the team and our families knew.
Your parents, as soon as they met him, loved him, you couldn't say the same from your side since his parents weren't in the country, you hadn't been able to meet them, only greet them by facetime.
(...)
With the Champions League final, his parents will travel to see him and therefore you could meet them.
Which made you a little nervous, but Julian managed to reassure you.
J- You've talked to them before and believe me, the way you see them, they are.
Y/N- I don't doubt it, only that I'm afraid that when they meet me, they'll be disappointed to see me.
J- You're wrong, I've told them how wonderful you are in everything you do and they're excited to meet you.
Y/N- then I take your word for it, now go train before Pep adds a few laps to you.
Julian laughed and listened.
With the theme of the final, you had forgotten for a moment that you would meet your in-laws.
On the day of the game, together with the rest of the media team, we were in charge of keeping the fans informed at all times.
Fortunately, we documented a match that ended in victory.
On the way to capturing the celebration, I felt a pair of arms wrap around me from behind.
Y/N- congratulations champion!. You immediately turned around so you could hug him properly.
At first it was just an emotional hug, but I think the euphoria of the moment made us forget where we are for a while and ended up kissing.
And with that… Goodbye to discretion.
J- sorry… I…
Y/N- okay, at some point everyone was going to find out.
You reassure him immediately.
Back in our world, we didn't see that family members had entered the camp.
xx- Julian, son… Two people behind us caught our attention.
I took a few steps aside for my boy to greet his parents, hugged and kissed each one affectionately, when I finished I approached them again.
J- Mom, Dad, she's my girlfriend Y/N. I repeated his actions.
JM- You definitely weren't wrong, she's beautiful.
J- MAMA!! (MOM!!!) He blushed furiously.
JF- Your mom doesn't lie, they both look cute together.
Now it was my face that was flushed.
Y/N- Es un placer conocerlos (it's a pleasure to meet you).
I got a little bit of the Spanish that Julián had taught me.
JM- Believe me, the pleasure is ours.
We exchanged a few more words, but even though I would have liked to stay, I had to get on with the work.
Before continuing, I took some pictures of them and even another of my mates came to photograph me with my boyfriend and my in-laws.
I think all the scenarios in my head were pure nonsense, thinking that they wouldn't want me.
